Can’t same study be replicated across Africa where, for one, such fragmentation is so sickeningly ‘pandemic’ that the health system itself is currently in ICU where it is merely ‘pipedreaming’ its attainment of the UHC goal?
In my combined capacity as, inter alia, a Veteran Patient, a UHC Promoter, and a Registered Innovations Consultant, I have developed a unique concept to help end the fragmentation.
I have dubbed my concept as The ‘CHU4UHC’ Initiative. In full, this acronym means The ‘Creating Holistic Units for Universal Health Coverage’ Intiative.
Essentially, this conceptual initiative seeks to help create and promote multi-player, multi-stakeholder and multi-purpose hubs that synergize diverse health fields, professions, occupations, skills, talents, knowledge, ingenuity, experiences etc into building blocks for UHC.
Meanwhile, I remain ready, willing and able to publicly share the finer details of my conceptual initiative with those who may be relevantly interested.
