Implementation of Coaching and mentoring approach that HSSA, ACS and SPARC began aim to nurture integration and commitment of these ideals that Hansen so coherently articulates. The Teams patience in learning and adapting at every instance of political, institutional and economic challenge, will contribute to systems level change that empowers the people to thrive and meet their health needs at country level. I guess the journey is long- perhaps the three initiatives were ordained to co-exist for such a time as this!
