1. How does R4D help enhance effective coordination of efforts at country level, to eliminate duplication and ensure more focused and coordinated distribution of resources to achieve more impactful results. This will be more helpful low to middle income countries.
2. Is there any single coordinating institution for all NGOs in South Africa addressing the same issues of fragmentation you raised in your analysis, and if not, what are the best ways of going about it?
