Jazzmyn Brown is a human resources expert with 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits management, HR policies and procedures, development and leadership training initiatives. She is well-versed in implementing programs geared toward coaching and improving work relationships and has proven success in handling complex issues and deploying excellent problem solving and innovative resolutions to meet employee and organizational needs.

At Results for Development (R4D), Jazzmyn serves as the people & culture business partner in all people related functions. Her goal is to provide a more dedicated, strategic and proactive service to R4D staff and managers. She is passionate about creating a healthy, dynamic and diverse culture and showcasing how having a positive, encouraging HR team can shape an organization.

Before joining R4D, Jazzmyn served as the manager, people operations and HR business partner for Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) where she was responsible for full life cycle recruitment, employee engagement, employee relations, compliance and policy implementation for the US and globally. She also designed and implemented performance plans and trainings for all staff and managers to increase overall employee morale.

Jazzmyn holds a BS in business administration with a concentration in human resources from Howard University.
