R4D’s Safeguarding Policy

Results for Development’s Safeguarding Policy is central to our mission and vision. The policy advances our work with change agents around the globe to create self-sustaining systems that support healthy, educated people. R4D acknowledges our responsibility to protect those with whom we work – with a particular focus on children and vulnerable adults – as well as those who work for and on behalf of the organization. In line with our ethics statement, we aim to be fair and to treat each other with respect and dignity. R4D understands that safeguarding is not a singular or isolated activity; rather, it is a commitment to the continuous improvement of our practices so that we may prevent and mitigate risks. This policy provides the R4D community with direction on our safeguarding policy.
