Kevin Arndt has nearly a decade of experience in various positions including administration in a financial planning office, retail, as an intern in the New York State Assembly and most recently working at a national voting rights nonprofit organization.
Mr. Arndt is senior officer and data analyst for people and culture at Results for Development (R4D), where he supports the organization in areas such as benefits enrollments, performance management, offboarding and more. He maintains ownership over onboarding of new hires at R4D, including creating and implementing process improvements, onboarding paperwork and training and orientation of new hires. Mr. Arndt also helps answer urgent requests from staff and supports the People Ops team.
Before moving to R4D, Mr. Arndt held multiple roles at America Votes, a voting rights nonprofit organization. As data specialist, he supported dozens of partner organizations around the U.S. working on voter engagement and turnout during the 2018 elections. He helped lead an unprecedented effort to track and coordinate mail and digital materials associated with the election, helping to maximize the efforts of organizations across the U.S. He also played a major role in creating training materials for canvassers and organizations attempting to reach voters during the election season.
Mr. Arndt holds an AS from Hudson Valley Community College as well as a BA in political science from the University at Albany. He intends to pursue a master’s degree (and potentially a PhD) in the next few years.
