Leni Wild is deputy director at Global Partners Governance where she leads research and analysis, monitoring and evaluation, and strategic communications. Prior to this, she was a freelance consultant and research associate at the Overseas Development Institute (ODI), the UK’s largest international development think tank. For more than 10 years, she led and developed ODI programs that examined the politics of service delivery, aid effectiveness, and how donor and development organizations need to change in order to stay relevant.
Ms. Wild also cofounded the Doing Development Differently network and led large projects giving direct technical assistance to donor organizations for how to change their internal processes and systems in order to work in more adaptive, context-appropriate, and flexible ways.
