Cheryl McNeal is an accounting professional with over 20 years of experience specializing in payroll, A/R, cash management and reconciliation.
As payroll manager, her main responsibilities at Results for Development (R4D) is to process payroll for the Washington, DC office, review the international payroll and monthly bank reconciliation.
In her career, Ms. McNeal has worked diligently up the corporate ladder starting as an accounting clerk for the County of San Jose, California then moving up to accounting specialist, staff accountant, senior staff accountant and currently as a manager.
In her previous position, she managed a team of four. Her biggest achievement was being a mentor to her staff as she watched them grow professionally.
In her spare time, Ms. McNeal is a botanist.
