Golder Mmari is an administrative coordinator for Results for Development (R4D). She plays a key role in coordinating operational needs for the R4D Tanzania Office. Her responsibilities include the INGO Annual Compliance Reports and Annual Financial Audit. She will also support the Tanzania office and the R4D finance, human resource and operations teams in Washington, DC to strengthen and streamline country office systems and processes.
Ms. Mmari has worked in administration and finance for the past five years for international organizations such as PATH and IntraHealth International. Ms. Mmari has a keen interest in administration, human resources, finance, and supporting senior management teams.
In previous roles, Ms. Mmari helped set up field offices and put efficient field logistics systems in place across multiple regions in Tanzania. In addition, she helped coordinate between global and country offices to streamline organizational procurement policies to meet country needs. She also helped to establish electronic filing and tracking systems related to country operations including systematic tracking and reporting of day-to-day country expenses and staff record files.
Ms. Mmari holds a BA degree in public relations and advertising from the University Dar Es Salaam. She is a native speaker of Swahili and speaks Fluent English.
