Ibrahim Enwuzor is a seasoned information technology (IT) professional with over a decade of hands-on experience in IT operations, data analysis, automation and hardware troubleshooting. As a senior associate, IT operations at Results for Development (R4D), Ibrahim provides comprehensive IT support and solutions to ensure seamless operations for project teams and end-users across the organization. He performs in-depth analysis, diagnosis and resolution of both hardware and software issues, offering critical support to R4D’s globally connected team. His core responsibilities include managing IT operations and support by configuring, deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting and supporting IT assets such as workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, VOIP telephones, wireless access points, switches, routers, modems and other peripherals. He oversees incident management by prioritizing, scheduling, and updating incidents and requests while escalating complex cases to the IT Helpdesk Manager or vendors.
In addition, Ibrahim specializes in endpoint and cloud management, providing direct support for Windows and macOS endpoints, Office 365 Suite applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), and other enterprise solutions. He drives automation and data analysis by implementing Power Automate workflows to optimize IT processes, streamline operations, and enhance efficiency. His expertise extends to systems administration, where he manages Windows and Mac MDM policies, oversees software deployment, and evaluates OS system upgrades. He enhanced internet connectivity for projects in Maiduguri, Borno State, Nigeria, deploying Ka-band, Ku-band, and C-band technologies to support seamless communication for over 200 staff across four field locations. He spearheaded the implementation of sustainable energy solutions by deploying solar power systems, ensuring reliable power supply and reducing operational costs. Ibrahim has also advanced Power BI and data visualization efforts, enabling dynamic reporting and decision-making. His expertise in emergency IT response has been instrumental in ensuring business continuity and risk mitigation during critical project deployments.
Prior to his role at R4D, Ibrahim worked as a Senior Service Delivery IT Officer at FHI360 North-East, where he managed IT operations across four field locations, supporting over 200 staff. He also served as an IT Support Officer at FHI360/SIDHAS, providing end-user support, software installations, and asset management. Earlier in his career, he led regional IT support, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management at Etisalat Nigeria.
Ibrahim holds a B.Sc. in computer science & IT from Igbinedion University and a graduate diploma in supply chain management & logistics from the Chartered Institute of Supply Chain Management. He is a Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA) and an Associate Chartered Supply Chain Management Professional (ACISCM). Additionally, he is a Chartered Master Warehouse Manager (ACIWM) and has received certifications and training in digital forensics, cybersecurity management, GIS techniques, and VHF/HF radio technologies from institutions such as Charles Sturt University and the University of Washington.
