Natida Nivasnanda (she/her) is an early career professional in international development with a strong commitment to decolonization and sustainability. She is interested in social and behavior change communication (SBCC), program design and M&E, health governance and innovation.
At Results for Development (R4D), Natida is a senior program associate with the Accountability and Citizen Engagement (ACE) practice. She currently works on the Governance Action Hub initiative. She provides research and business development support to strengthen and expand the mission of the project. A core function of her work also involves programmatic and EAL support. Previously, she worked on the Leveraging Transparency to Reduce Corruption (LTRC) project in natural resource governance.
Before joining R4D, Natida worked with various non-profit organizations including Chemists Without Borders, Darfur Women Action Group and the Organization for Refuge, Asylum & Migration (ORAM), where she leveraged storytelling and supported locally-led projects.
Natida holds a master’s degree in international development from the Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals and a bachelor in science in advertising from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is a native speaker of English and Thai and speaks Spanish conversationally.
