Samar Raghib has several years of experience in project management, research and data analysis for nonprofit organizations. Her previous academic research includes analyzing limitations to political participation, looking at the gender voting gap in Pakistan, and the socioeconomic impact of infrastructure investment through the lens of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
As a senior program associate at Results for Development (R4D), she collaborates on the financial management of several projects across various countries in Africa and Asia. She currently works in R4D’s Innovation practice where she works on several programs including the Frontier Technologies Hub, the International Development Innovation Alliance (IDIA), and the Million Lives Collective (MLC).
Prior to working for R4D, Ms. Raghib worked with a variety of nonprofit organizations, including a civil rights advocacy group aimed at protecting minority communities in the US, and an INGO centered around creating educational opportunities for refugee and internally displaced children.
Ms. Raghib holds an MSc in global corporations and public policy from SOAS, University of London. She also holds a BSc in business administration and management, with a concentration in management information systems and a minor in sustainable energy from Boston University.
