Innovations Catalyzed by COVID-19

In a series of panels, winners of the 2020 and 2021 UN Calls for Innovations will share their expertise around five development areas. Moderated by thought leaders, innovators will explain their cutting-edge initiatives and share insights from their experience implementing development solutions in a rapidly changing context around the pandemic. There will be multiple panels spread across May 4th and 5th. Further information for the sessions will be added around ~May 26. Access link(s) for the session(s) that you select during registration will be provided by email to registrants only.

We will be sharing details including the themes and speakers for each session soon. The speakers will be experts representing the winning innovations from the 2020 and 2021 UN Calls for Innovations. For a sneak preview, see the 25 winning innovations here.

You will come away with a greater understanding of the issue areas, the role of innovation in addressing these challenges, and opportunities to act in partnership to ensure these innovations play an even greater role in addressing the SDGs. Participants are encouraged to bring questions and suggestions such as potential partners or resources that might support these innovators in scaling their impact.
